Pilates Mat Based Classes



Mat-based Pilates is comprised of a series of exercises performed on a mat using your own body as resistance.  This is a non-impact workout that can be performed and modified for all fitness levels.   The use of props such as flex bands, fitness rings, foam rollers, BosuTM, and arc barrels may also be used to vary or enhance your workout. 

Open Mat Classes: We offer open  mat classes at an essential, intermediate and advanced level. 

We also specialize in offering you Pilates mat based classes fused with more traditional workout methods.  We continue to maintain the integrity of all Pilates principles to enhance your workout.

Prior pilates mat training or instructor permission is required to attend any intermediate or advanced mat class.
