Studio Rules & Guidelines

Studio etiquette:

  • Please remove shoes before entering mat studio
  • Please turn off or silence pagers and cell phones before entering studio
  • Please refrain from wearing perfumes
  • Please do not wear lotions for your training sessions as they dry out our equipment
  • Please speak softly in our waiting area if classes are being held
  • We do provide mats but we ask that you wipe them down with our cleaning solution after use to help us maintain cleanliness for all of our students.
  • Please help us keep our space clean by neatly replacing all props used during clases.

What to wear:

Dress comfortably.  You may want to wear tights or tight fitting shorts as some of the exercises may be revealing.  No socks or shoes will be worn during the sessions or classes.

For clients participating in equipment training please do not wear extremely baggy clothing as this makes it difficult for our trainers to accurately observe your form.

Anyone who has been  under a physician's or a physical therapist's care within the past 12 months will also need to obtain a signed
physician's release.

You will need to bring these forms with you to your first session or class.

Payment Policies:

All sessions and classes must be paid for in advance. 

Cancellation Policies:

24 hours notice is required for all personal training sessions and equipment classes.  8 hour cancellation policy for all mat class reservations.

Expirations:  All single session purchases expire after 30 days.  All 5 session packages expire after 6 weeks and all 10 session packages expire after 3 months.

Refunds:  We do not offer refunds without a written request from a treating physician directing you to discontinue your Pilates practice.
