Are you looking to get the most out of your Pilates training?  


Pilates personal equipment training is the ideal way to train your body to functionally operate at its best.  We can program for just about anything.  Whether you are looking to be pain free during your everyday life, perform better at your sport or recreation, recover from or prevent an injury or re-shape your existing body we can help.

Pilates equipment training allows for a more varied workout with the use of various pieces of equipment that are spring loaded for added resistance.  These resistance springs allow you to increase your strength by increasing your workload.  Prior experience with Pilates is not required. 

More traditional types of training tend to develop short and bulky muscles.  This type of musculature is most prone to injury.  Pilates elongates the spine, increasing the elasticity of muscles and the flexibility of joints.  It is this balance between strength and flexibility that reduces the potential for injury. 

Our studio offers you a variety of different trainers ranging from fully certified equipment trainers to those with physical therapy backgrounds as well as apprentices.  Our apprentices are trainers in the process of completing their certification.

Our new studio is equipped with 3 Stott Pilates professional reformers, 1 V2 Max Plus reformer, a cadillac (trapeze table), 3 split-pedal chairs, a ladder barrel, 3 spring walls as well as small prop items such as a the new Pilates Edge, spine supporter, flex-bands, fitness rings, foam rollers, arc barrels, stability balls, toning balls and Bosu trainers.
