Our studio is a welcoming environment for all levels of Pilates students. We want you to have fun while you are with us and at the same time fully realize your body's potential.
We specialize in small group Pilates mat and Pilates equipment based classes as well as personal training. We have a staff of 11 Pilates instructors both certified and apprentices that range in experience from working with professional athletes to injury rehab and everything in between. Our staff cares and has such a passion for Pilates that you will experience the difference after just one class or session with us.
Our full service studio is equipped with 3 professional reformers, 1 V2 Max reformer, 1 cadillac/trapeze table, 3 split pedal stability chairs, 1 ladder barrel and numerous small prop items such as stability balls, bosu trainers, foam rollers, arc barrels, edges, rings, bands, and small hand weights. All equipment is manufactured by STOTT PILATES. We also have 7 TRX Suspension Trainers.
We have recently been selected to become an official hosting site for STOTT PILATESTM certification courses. Please see our Education page for upcoming training courses and workshops.
If you are new to Pilates and interested in attending our group classes we recommend our Pilates Start Up Package which includes 2 personal training sessions aimed at preparing you for our group classes as well as a 5 class starter card which you can then use to attend our mat, barre, reformer, chair, jump board and TRX Suspension classes. Cost for this starter package is $150.
**Please note that this package is intended for those without special needs or mobility issues. In the instance of mobility issues or special needs we recommend working with our personal trainers one on one until such time we determine you are group class ready.
