Our studio is a welcoming environment for all levels of Pilates students.  We want you to have fun while you are with us and at the same time fully realize your body's potential.  

We have a staff of 7 certified Pilates instructors that range in experience from working with professional athletes to injury rehab and everything in between.  Our staff cares and has such a passion for Pilates that you will experience the difference after just one class or session with us.

Our full service studio is equipped with 3 professional reformers, 1 V2 Max reformer, 1 cadillac/trapeze table, 3 split pedal stability chairs, 1 ladder barrel and numerous small prop items such as stability balls, bosu trainers, foam rollers, arc barrels, edges, rings, bands, and small hand weights.  All equipment is manufactured by STOTT PILATES.
